FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

EDUCATIONAL PROJECT AND METHODOLOGY

What is your educational methodology?

At Magnolia, we help children learn actively and meaningfully, connecting their experiences with their emotions. We create environments rich in experiences, play, and experimentation, where they can discover the world at their own pace. Emotional education plays a central role, because we know that emotions are the basis for comprehensive, healthy, and balanced development.

What is the latest methodology we have incorporated?

The Culture of Thinking is the latest addition to our project. We are a VESS-accredited center, after five years of training, and we work with routines and thinking habits from an early age. This approach is integrated with methodologies such as Montessori and Reggio Emilia, always through play, the sensorial world, and experimentation.

Are screens used in the classroom?

In the 0-3 age group, we don’t use screens, as we prioritize direct experience, play, and interaction with the environment. In the 3- to 6-year-old stage, we use interactive whiteboards occasionally and educationally, as a complementary tool to classroom work.
